Wow, I can see that the humanitarian mission would be a huge eye opener for someone who may have become somewhat complacent in their life. Seeing, or UNDERSTANDING just how fortunate we are can ONLY put you in a positive frame of mind. Too many times, people dwell on what they do NOT have, instead of being grateful for what they DO have. I know that I throw myself a pity party from time to time, problem is...I am the only attendee!
