Cell Phone Cash is TRASH!!!

Okay, not a very nice headline about Cell Phone Cash, is it? Well, I don’t want ANY of my readers to waste even one red cent on this product. Really, this is NOT some marketing ploy. I am just going to tell you a little about my experience with the product AND the support that they provide. :-(

Actually, let’s start with the support for Cell Phone Cash, because that is REALLY what has me fired up! When I purchased the product on September 6th, it was only after viewing the video explaining that you could ‘move at your own pace’. That is a big selling point for me, because frankly time is becoming a huge issue for me at this point. In the sales video, you were shown the different ‘modules’ and were led to believe that you really could access the videos when YOU wanted to. That’s NOT how it works, though. After purchasing Cell Phone Cash and watching the videos in module one, (took less than 2 hours) I set up my campaigns. I was really excited…I thought this was really a wonderful idea. After submitting my ads, I needed to wait for them to be approved, which according to the advertisers page could take up to 48 hours. So, I decided to keep going through the modules, while I ‘was on a roll’. However, the section that HAD been called ‘modules’, was now called ‘weeks’. I clicked on week 2 & got a little message telling me that that section would not be available until the following week…HUH??? So, this was the first support ticket that I submitted. I basically said, “I finished watching week 1 videos (which by the way were called modules when I ordered this) and I am ready to ‘move at my own pace’ and go to the next module. I am STILL waiting for that ticket to be answered. But, it didn’t end there. After my ads were approved, I got so much exposure for the 3 different products that I was promoting…that the clicks started to run wild, and the money that was funding my account started to dwindle quickly. Here’s the kicker, though….ABSOLUTELY ZERO SALES!

I quickly paused the one campaign that was a major contributor to my dwindling advertising account. In the course, Mack Michaels, who is also responsible for Maverick Money Makers tells you that if you are receiving a lot of impressions, but few clicks, you need to tweak the ad. Well, DUH! That wasn’t the problem that I was having, though. I was getting TOO MANY clicks, but there was no mention of how to rectify that issue. I again submitted a ticket asking what to do with these campaigns. (I referred to the ticket that had remained unanswered for a few days and stated that this time I would LIKE a response) I submitted the stats of my campaigns up to the point of the support ticket. I received the email stating the ticket was created, then NOTHING else-no reply! Now, I am really starting to fume. So, I decided that they would receive a ticket EVERY day UNTIL they answered me. I copied the ticket with the stats and each time that I submitted a ticket, I made sure that they knew this was the same ticket, but now was 2nd, 3rd and 4th notice of request. Still, NOTHING!

I’m sorry, but support for a product is a BIG DEAL! If the vendor can NOT provide the support for a product…it should NOT be released! I thought that Mack Michaels was better than that! Apparently not with his new product, Cell Phone Cash!

Oh, here is the actual 4th request ticket that I submitted with all of the stats as of the time that I submitted the first ticket asking for guidance on my runaway campaigns. As you can see, I provided an update to the campaign that was the primary culprit.

I bought this in the beginning of the week(cell phone cash) & watched week 1 videos, setting up my campaigns to test.
Order Number: 5EQG8CH6
Order Date: 09/06/2009 11:08 AM
Here are some stats-as you can see campaign 1 has a LOT of interest, but absolutely NO SALES. I am blowing though the money & even though people are interested enough to click-they don’t buy! WHAT THE HECK SHOULD I DO at this point??? WHAT do you change?(like I said, over 800 clicks and NO sales-there IS interest)

Campaign #1- 114,482 impressions & 808 clicks 0.62% CTR….ZERO sales!
Campaign #2- 7,972 impressions & 14 clicks 0.18% CTR….ZERO sales!
Campaign #3- 6,955 impressions & 5 clicks 0.05% CTR…ZERO sales!

*****UPDATE*****
Campaign #1 NOW has 1184 clicks & NO SALES-???????????????????

P.S. This is the 4th ticket that I have submitted(1st one was Sept 6, about the videos for the weeks following) I have NOT received an answer in 7 days!

Bottom line……….save your money! Cell Phone Cash might have been a decent idea, however as far as results…there ARE NONE!

Thank you-I appreciate that! I guess it might have been apparent that I was a bit upset! I just think people should be honest about what they are saying on a sales page. Also, they should treat their customers with enough respect as to answer their support tickets. THAT sends up all kinds of red flags to me when both of those things don’t happen!

Thanks very much for visiting-I wish you much success!

Wow. I’m sorry to hear that this product did not work out for you; however, thanks so much for passing on that information. There are so many products out there and I would imagine that only a handful are any good. I’ve bough a ton of products myself, but the best investment that I have made is Dean Holland’s, Starting with Marketing Academy. In case you don’t know, he was taught by Alex Jeffreys.
I almost did not buy into SWM Academy, but I am so glad that I did. I’ve learned so much and I have started to build a list with what I have learned.
By the way. Your blog looks great.

Thanks again and all the best,

    Hi Ed,

Thanks very much for stopping by to visit my blog-I appreciate it! Yes, you are definitely right about the fact that there are only a handful of good products out there. I think the reality that the product didn’t deliver what it promised was only the tip of the iceberg, so to speak. I have encountered HUNDREDS of products that were not “the be all, end all’ that they were supposed to be, BUT…at least those products had people who were supporting them.(or, should I say who RESPOND to support requests) There was only one other product with a very similar track record with support…E-Currency Arbitrage, a product that Paul Jenkins put out a little more than a year ago. Their support was also a joke, as well as the guarantee. AVOID THAT PROGRAM AT ALL COSTS!

I certainly know all about Dean Holland, I’ve been to his site in the past. I have heard SO MANY good things about his coaching program. Talk about a success story…that is really an accomplishment to achieve everything that he has in such a short period of time. I know that I would love to follow in his footsteps, and I am sure that you wouldn’t mind that, either! ;-)

I truly wish you the very best, Ed-take care,
    Joann

    Hi Joann,

what an awful thing for you to experience! Thank you so much for sharing though, so we can beware of THAT product. I was going to have a look into it as soon as I found the time, haven’t found the time this week and now I won’t need to. So thank you for the warning. By the way, your blog is coming along really well, I think you’re well on the way to becoming a success :-)

    Hi Annie,

How nice of you to stop back to visit me, and thank you for the kind comments. You know, I’ve bought SO many things online from so many marketers that were absolute JUNK and I just wrote it off as another lesson. BUT…I’m tired of these people taking advantage of others. Today, it is 12 days since I submitted that very first ticket and I STILL have not received a reply. That just is not right to treat people that way, and I can’t believe that Mack Michaels has any followers, let alone a legion of followers. Perhaps they actually support Maverick Money Makers, but they sure don’t support their Cell Phone Cash program, that I can definitely vouch for!

Thanks again, Annie-I wish you all of the best!

    Take care,
    Joann

    Hey Huddson,

Thanks very much for visiting my blog-I appreciate you stopping by! And…thank you for the commendation, although I’m just trying to be truthful. I have just had enough of this nonsense of these vultures taking advantage of people who are just trying to earn an honest living online. I actually submitted this to a few article directories, so ‘those people’ had better watch how they treat their customers in the future…or they won’t have ANY! ;-)

Huddson, keep up the great work on your blog, you are doing a wonderful job!
I wish you much success-take care,

    Hello Norene,

Welcome back-great to ‘see you again’! You know, you are absolutely right…maybe if everyone would start to fight back against these so-called gurus, instead of just thinking that it was something that they had done wrong, we could clean up some of this garbage that’s out there on the internet. I think that the majority of the people who release a product DO have support to answer questions…and actually DO answer them, but it’s people like Mack Michaels who give them all a bad name. Oh, by the way, there is a HUGE thread about this on the Warrior forum…apparently I am NOT the only one!

Norene, I wish you ALL the success in the world!
    Take care,

    Hi Veronica,

Thanks very much for stopping by to visit-always a pleasure! I am sure that we were not the only ones who fell prey to Mack Michaels and all of his bogus claims-UNFORTUNATELY!

Yes, I am in the USA, on the east coast. I saw that you posted that Monday at 5PM eastern, you would call me on Skype-sounds like a great time! I can not wait to speak to you, Veronica.

Take care-I wish you all of the success that you desire!
